Testimonial: Tranquility on Knight Lake~My wife and I, were looking for a cabin by the lake to enjoy the following: nature, fishing, hiking, biking and relaxation. A home away from home! We found all this and more at the Knight Lake Cabin . Mark and Irene, the owners welcomed us with their friendly hospitality and provided us with everything we needed to make our stay (6 days) very enjoyable. The cabin was very comfortable, clean, well maintained with a peaceful surrounding in a great location. Merrill (10 minutes away) is close by for all your needs, such as fishing bait, gas, grocery’s and restaurants. We are very thankful and blessed for the time we had at the cabin, and the people we met during our time there. We look forward to seeing them again, and would encourage all to enjoy what we enjoyed at least once!
Fishing on Knight Lake:
Fish for large-mouth bass, Northern pike, and pan fish (blue gills, crappies). There’s a helpful “Fishing Minute Report” 4 times a day on the local Tomahawk radio station 92.5 FM (radio in each cabin), that gives the peak feeding times, what’s biting and recommended baits to use. The lake is approximately 25 feet at the deepest, and also home to frogs and turtles.
